The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, maintaining exceptional food quality standards, and supporting efficient daily service within a structured 5★ hospitality environment.
This role is suited to a hands-on culinary professional with strong organizational ability and previous exposure to fine dining restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily kitchen operations
Maintain exceptional food quality and presentation standards
Support and manage kitchen brigade operations
Ensure smooth service during busy operational periods
Maintain kitchen organization and hygiene standards
Support stock control and operational procedures
Requirements:
2–4 years’ experience in a senior kitchen role
Previous fine dining experience essential
Strong kitchen management and organizational ability
Ability to work within high-end hospitality environments
Professional and hands-on culinary approach
Strong understanding of food quality and presentation standards
